Thank you for reminding me. “We are divine love expressing itself through human form. Our struggles aren't punishment - they're preparation. Our shadows aren't obstacles - they're portals.” Finding home is finding our way back to the place we never left as you said. But why is it so difficult to find home? Why does it require so much searching and wandering and pondering. It can feel exhausting! Home is a metaphor for so many different things. We have homelands, the place of ancestors, of cultural, tradition and religion and homesteads, a place we find ourselves once we’ve wandered off into the desert or traveled the seas or hitched a ride on a wagon and home schools, where we learn what is not formally taught. Home is multidimensional. Most of us can come up with many associations. Some of us travel through time and space through meditation or psychedelics which challenges are sense of grounding in the earth. Home can be the planet earth. It can be the galaxy. It can be where we once lived (past lives if you believe in that this is part of your journey). Home is also the heart of the soul. I assume that’s what you were referring to when you speak of soul. The soul that resides within us and connect us with God or the universe.
